RSPCA Australia
Mobile-first user experience & user interface design for the RSPCA’s Knowledgebase site.
About RSPCA Australia
RSPCA Australia is the national body for the RSPCA federation – an independent, community-based charity providing animal care and protection services across the country.
Project overview
Project description
RSPCA Knowledgebase is an online resource for evidence-based animal welfare science. It is a separate site to RSPCA Australia’s main site.
I was given the task of redesigning the Knowledgebase website for mobile optimisation with the goals of increasing engagement and dwell time, increasing findability generally, but specifically for pet care and adoption information, and reducing friction between the two websites.
