Wellways is a leading mental health, disability, and carer services provider.

A registered charity with a 45-year history, Wellways operates across Queensland, NSW, Victoria, ACT, and Tasmania, delivering a wide range of programs including psychosocial, suicide prevention, residential, and family and carer support services.

Project overview

The work

As Lead Brand Designer, in collaboration with the wider comms and marketing team, I led a comprehensive refresh of the Wellways visual brand, revitalising the brand identity and rolling it out across a wide range of touchpoints—including service brochures, event collateral, tender bids, merchandise, signage, advertising, video and social media content, and internal communications assets.

By establishing a clear and consistent visual identity aligned with a unified tone of voice and a focused marketing strategy, the Wellways brand has become stronger and more recognisable in the community, supporting its ongoing growth and impact.
